In their efforts to reduce environmental pollution Adriana and Andreea are proposing an alternative solution for renewing the wardrobe. A monthly subscription which offers a variety of dresses for business women who prefer to reduce the number of clothing items they are buying, especially the ones which are rarely worn.
How did it all start, what’s the story behind your startup?
Well, Say Hello started from the idea that a business in fashion should change the focus towards the customers. And that in a very specific way, like being empathic and imagining what women need. And the answer strikes easily: an infinite wardrobe! With such a vivid picture in mind we put together all the pieces of the business model. Our previous experiences provided the perfect level of reality check so our purpose now is to test the start-up step by step.
Name three key words that best describe your business
Empathy. Sharing. Forward.
What is your motivation?
We had few good ideas, lots of them avant their time. Now it seems to be the perfect idea and the perfect timing. If we are not doing it right now we will regret if for good.
What gets you from thinking to DOING?
Maybe the fact that we are the first customers 😉
How do you plan to IMPACT the world?
Ohhh, we will change the world in a good way. Women will walk in our store, will choose a dress, will try it and will walk the store without paying. They will do that offline or online. How come? They will simply pay us a subscription fee 🙂 It’s all about reducing consumerism, having an eco-friendly attitude, being more aware of the things you own, you need and you don’t need.
